American Actor Jonny Depp signs the biggest men fragrance deal worth $20 million after he was dropped by multiple companies.
Popular American Actor, Johnny Depp who played the major character role in the Pirates of the Caribbean movie lost ambassadorial deals with multiple companies following his ex wife Amber Head’s defamation suit.
The Actor prevailed in the three counts defamation suit and was awarded $15 million. The libel suit ruined his deals with collaborating companies and movie franchises, however, in spite of the libel suit, French multinational luxury fashion house Dior gave the actor an unwavering support.
The brand has offered Johnny Depp a new $ 20 million-plus deal which happens to be the biggest men’s fragrance contract in the history of the industry.
According to Variety, Depp’ signed a three years contract where he will receive millions a year until the deal expires or is renewed.
The actor features in the upcoming movie Jeanne du Barry slated to be premiered at the Canne Film Festival on May 16.
The actor is poised to direct his first film since his 1997 directorial debut in ‘The Brave’ starring both himself and Marlon Brando.
Modigliani portrays the story of Amedeo Modigliani, an Italian artist , which will be based on the play by Dennis McIntyre and adapted for the screen by Jerzy and Mary Kromolowski. The filming is scheduled to start in the spring of 2023 in Europe with the casts yet to be unveiled.
